Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by sbk21 through our official website or application, you agree to be bound by the entirety of the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and sbk21. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and notice of any changes will be displayed on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The sbk21 platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age and above only. Users below this age limit are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services on this platform.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register one account only on the sbk21 platform. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. sbk21 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the validity of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested verification documents may result in your account access being temporarily suspended.

  • Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform.
  • Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
  • Notify sbk21 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Sbk21 employs SSL encryption technology to protect your personal data and financial transactions. However, account security also depends on the personal security practices of each individual user.

Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the sbk21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.

Sbk21 accepts deposits via the following methods: FPX (internet banking), TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, and bank transfers through selected local banks. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are subject to change from time to time.

  • Credited deposits cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before they are processed.
  • Sbk21 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
  • Any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility.

Liability Limits and Account Management Policy

Sbk21 Liability Limits

Sbk21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical delays, or system errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, sbk21's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Sbk21 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraud, system abuse, or activity suspected of violating applicable laws.
  • Submission of false information or failure to pass identity verification.
  • Activities deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users.
  • Requests from relevant authorities.

Funds remaining in accounts closed due to terms violations may be withheld, subject to sbk21's internal investigation. Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be automatically closed upon notice.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content available on the sbk21 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, user interfaces, text, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of sbk21 or its respective licensors. Any use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content without written authorisation from sbk21 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The sbk21 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. sbk21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Sbk21 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are advised to review this page periodically. This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
